מדיניות הפרטיות

מדיניות זו מסבירה איזה מידע אפליקציית BabySteps ("האפליקציה", "אנחנו") אוספת, למה, עם מי הוא משותף ואיך אפשר למחוק אותו. האפליקציה מיועדת להורים בני 18 ומעלה; מידע על התינוק מוזן על ידי ההורה.

1. איזה מידע נאסף

חשבון: כתובת אימייל, ואם נכנסת עם Google או Apple גם השם שהם מעבירים. הכניסה מתבצעת בקוד חד־פעמי או דרך Google / Apple; איננו שומרים סיסמאות.

מידע שאת/ה מזינים: פרטי התינוק (שם, תאריך לידה, מין), תיעוד יומי (האכלה, שינה, חיתולים, שאיבה), מדידות גדילה, אבני דרך התפתחותיות, טעימות ואלרגיות, תורים וחיסונים, רשימות קניות ונסיעות, ותמונות שהעלית לאלבום הזיכרונות.

קהילה: פוסטים ותגובות שפרסמת בפורום, וכן דיווחים וחסימות שביצעת.

מיקום משוער: רק אם אישרת הרשאת מיקום, כדי להציג מזג אוויר. נשלח מעוגל לרמת אזור (כקילומטר) ואינו נשמר אצלנו.

מידע טכני: מזהה פרסום של המכשיר (למשתמשי המסלול החינמי, ראו סעיף 3), ונתוני שימוש בסיסיים שהשרתים רושמים לצורכי אבטחה (למשל מועד בקשה וכתובת IP). יומני האבטחה נמחקים אחרי 90 יום לכל היותר.

2. איך אנחנו משתמשים במידע

כדי להפעיל את האפליקציה: לשמור ולסנכרן את התיעוד בין המכשירים שלך ועם ההורה השותף שחיברת, להציג סיכומים, תזכורות ותוכן מותאם לגיל התינוק.

כדי להפעיל את העוזר החכם (AI), להציג פרסומות במסלול החינמי, לשלוח אימיילים שביקשת, ולשמור על בטיחות הקהילה ועל אבטחת השירות.

איננו מוכרים, משכירים או סוחרים במידע האישי שלך, ואיננו משתמשים במידע על התינוק לפרסום.

3. ספקי שירות שמקבלים מידע

Supabase: אחסון מסד הנתונים, התמונות וההתחברות. השרתים נמצאים כרגע באוסטרליה (סידני). המידע מוצפן בהעברה ובאחסון, וכל משתמש יכול לגשת רק לרשומות שלו ושל ההורה השותף.

Anthropic (Claude): כשאת/ה משתמשים בצ'אט המתכונים, בצ'אט התורים או בתרגום פוסטים, נשלחים ההודעה ופרטים רלוונטיים על התינוק (שם, גיל, אלרגיות ומזונות שנטעמו). זה קורה רק אחרי אישור חד־פעמי באפליקציה. Anthropic אינה משתמשת במידע זה לאימון מודלים.

Google AdMob: במסלול החינמי מוצגות פרסומות. AdMob עשויה להשתמש במזהה הפרסום של המכשיר ובמידע טכני. ב־iPhone נשאלת אם לאפשר מעקב; אם תסרב/י, יוצגו פרסומות לא מותאמות אישית. מנויי פרימיום אינם רואים פרסומות.

Open-Meteo: מקבל מיקום משוער (קווי רוחב ואורך) כדי להחזיר את מזג האוויר, בלי פרטים מזהים נוספים.

Resend: שליחת אימיילים שביקשת לשלוח מהאפליקציה (למשל רשימת ציוד לנסיעה), לכתובת שהזנת.

Google / Apple: התחברות, אם בחרת בה. רכישות ומנויים מעובדים על ידי App Store או Google Play; איננו מקבלים את פרטי התשלום שלך.

4. מה אחרים רואים

ההורה השותף שחיברת בקוד שיתוף רואה ועורך את המידע על התינוקות המשותפים. כדי להפסיק שיתוף אפשר לפנות אלינו בכתובת התמיכה.

פוסטים ותגובות בפורום גלויים רק למשתמשים מחוברים באפליקציה. מוצג השם הפרטי שלך בלבד, או שום שם אם בחרת לפרסם באנונימיות; מזהה החשבון שלך לעולם אינו מוצג.

5. שמירה ומחיקה

המידע נשמר כל עוד החשבון קיים. אפשר למחוק רשומה בודדת בכל עת.

מחיקת חשבון: בתפריט (☰) > מחיקת חשבון, או באתר joinbabysteps.app/delete-account. הפעולה מוחקת מיד את החשבון, את כל הרשומות, התמונות והפוסטים שלך מהשרתים, ואינה ניתנת לביטול. עותקי גיבוי נמחקים אוטומטית תוך 30 יום לכל היותר. דיווחים על תוכן פוגעני נשמרים בלי שיוך לחשבון שנמחק.

אפשר גם לבקש מחיקה, עותק של המידע או תיקון שלו באימייל לכתובת התמיכה שלמטה.

6. ילדים

האפליקציה מיועדת להורים ואינה מיועדת לשימוש ילדים. איננו אוספים ביודעין מידע מילדים מתחת לגיל 18 שמשתמשים באפליקציה בעצמם; מידע על תינוקות נאסף רק כפי שההורה מזין אותו, ונמחק יחד עם החשבון.

7. שינויים ויצירת קשר

אם נשנה את המדיניות באופן מהותי, נעדכן באפליקציה. לשאלות פרטיות ולבקשות לגבי המידע שלך אפשר לפנות אלינו בכתובת התמיכה.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the BabySteps app ("the App", "we") collects, why, who it is shared with and how to delete it. The App is for parents aged 18 and over; information about the baby is entered by the parent.

1. Information we collect

Account: your email address and, if you sign in with Google or Apple, the name they provide. Sign-in uses one-time codes or Google / Apple; we don't store passwords.

Information you enter: your baby's details (name, birth date, sex), daily logs (feeding, sleep, diapers, pumping), growth measurements, developmental milestones, food tastings and allergies, appointments and vaccines, shopping and travel lists, and photos you upload to the memory album.

Community: posts and replies you publish in the forum, and reports and blocks you make.

Approximate location: only if you allow location access, to show the weather. It is rounded to about 1 km before it is sent, and we don't store it.

Technical data: your device's advertising ID (free plan only, see section 3), and basic request data our servers log for security (such as time and IP address). Security logs are deleted after 90 days at most.

2. How we use it

To run the App: store and sync your logs across your devices and with the partner you connect, and show summaries, reminders and content for your baby's age.

To run the AI assistant, show ads on the free plan, send emails you ask for, and keep the community and the service safe and secure.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don't use your baby's information for advertising.

3. Service providers that receive data

Supabase: hosts the database, photos and sign-in. Servers are currently in Australia (Sydney). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each user can only access their own records and their connected partner's.

Anthropic (Claude): when you use the recipe chat, the appointment chat or post translation, your message and relevant details about your baby (name, age, allergies and foods tasted) are sent to generate the answer. This happens only after you agree once in the App. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.

Google AdMob: the free plan shows ads. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID and technical data. On iPhone you are asked whether to allow tracking; if you decline, ads are not personalised. Premium subscribers see no ads.

Open-Meteo: receives an approximate location (latitude and longitude) to return the weather, with no other identifying details.

Resend: delivers emails you ask the App to send (for example a travel packing list) to the address you enter.

Google / Apple: sign-in, if you choose it. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the App Store or Google Play; we never receive your payment details.

4. What others can see

A partner you connect with a sharing code can see and edit the information about the babies you share. To stop sharing, contact us at the support address.

Forum posts and replies are visible only to signed-in users of the App. Only your first name is shown, or no name if you post anonymously; your account ID is never shown.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account exists. You can delete any single record at any time.

Deleting your account: Menu (☰) > Delete Account, or at joinbabysteps.app/delete-account. This immediately deletes your account and all your records, photos and posts from our servers, and cannot be undone. Backup copies are deleted automatically within 30 days at most. Reports about objectionable content are kept without a link to the deleted account.

You can also ask us by email to delete, correct or send you a copy of your information, using the support address below.

6. Children

The App is for parents and is not meant to be used by children. We do not knowingly collect information from users under 18; information about babies is collected only as the parent enters it, and is deleted with the account.

7. Changes and contact

If we change this policy in a material way we will let you know in the App. For privacy questions and requests about your data, contact us at the support address.
